New heights for Summit Chairs

21/11/17

Another new website by Lionhouse. Not only that, but a full brand identity redesign for Summit Chairs, a British designer and manufacturer of office seating based in the west country.

As an organisation they are totally focused on the chairs they make but, ironically, their company presentation was outdated and underperforming. After an initial brand audit, Lionhouse got to work to re-present Summit in a contemporary, commercially relevant way ensuring the great work the team apply in production is presented appropriately in the marketplace.

Every touchpoint is being reworked for the brand. We started by designing an identity protocol that captures an inherent truth of Summit. The company has real integrity, from the personal service and well designed product, there’s always greater depth. Hence the reworking of a asterisks symbol as the brand icon and device to deliver greater product information and story telling.

We worked closely with the management team to ensure the new styling and messaging reflected this special British manufacturer. The B2B website has a detailed product configurator and improved account functionality. Launched this week with planned support through digital and traditional media to follow.
